Hey Carmen.

I can think of a few that are around.
In Buffalo (City) there is Virgil Ave. Tobacconist. They are located on Hertel and Virgil. Their website here. Maybe around 20 Tobacco blends. Be sure to head next door to Terrapin Station for a look at Meerschaum pipes.
On Elmwood Ave., you'll find Blue Mountain Coffees. They carry tobacco blends, but I don't believe they carry any pipes. See 5,215,here.
If you can travel a bit, there's a TinderBox on Transit Rd. in Williamsville. Here.
And My favorite place, Smokers Haven in West Seneca. Here. The owner, Brian, is very friendly and knowledgeable. Nice selection of tinned tobacs here, as well as some of Brian's own blends and pipes.

You might try the Retail Tobacco Dealers of America web site if someone doesn't post a personal recommendation.
