I opened one of the newly arrived packages of Penzance and discovered there was no closed plastic tray; instead, the tray was open, no cover. I don't know if this is an isolated situation or they have decided to do away with the closed plastic tray. Have you experienced the same packing with bulk Penzance? The packing still says "Blended exclusively for Butera Pipe Company by J.F. Germain and Son." | ||

Melvin, I just received two pounds, the plastic case is gone. The sight of all this crushed Penzance is heartbreaking. |
