I just recieved a 20 piece pipe kit from ebay. It has two fold over tobacco pouches marked "Windsor; Made in England". They're really nothing special, but I would like to use them; however, there seems to be a sticky/oily film inside the plastic/nylon pouch. Does anyone know what this stuff is or if it will harm the tobacco? Can they be washed with dish soap?
